Decision of  local patches was taken 1988-03-04.
First out in Sweden was Eskilstuna there local patch was a direct dupplicate of foregin century policebadge.
Motive on the local patch as city/muncipality/county coat of arms or another symbol as consider  representing  policedepartment.
