1920 they start to wear City weapon in capbadge, later from 60´s even
on the uniform.
So is it with your patch from Borås, which are from 60´s - 80´s,
later we get a smaller patch on the uniform and today we have a patch with the 8 wing stars which begin to come after 1985,
first in Uppsala.
ca 1920 bar man oftast stadsvapnet i mössmärket, senare från 60
Comming from Linköping firedepartment.
(Compare with your patch from Linköping)
which even haves the lion as a symbol.
When it haveblue background i would think it´s from ca 1960.
Cames from Uddevalla firedepartment
Cames from Karlskrona Firedepartment
And belongs to some of all miner firedepartments
even this is a uniformbutton that they have put on the cap.
Where it comes from i hav no idea. Look after them cityweapon which are in atlas etc.
The badge can be some older than 6o´s, when they begin to take
uniformbuttons and put them in caps and they were always shiney.
From the end of the 60´s stops the city badge in caps,
and the most of firedepartments beginns to weare this badge.
The badge belongs earlier than 60´s miner fire departments on country or on miner city´s which not have any city weapon, but they was members in Swedish Fire Departments Association and they get to weare the associations symbol.
SFD association stopped 1963
Cames from Kiruna worn of a Captain from firemaster and up to Fire Chief.
